Chances are, if you've clicked our link, you are a Realtor that's currently working from within one of the many Real Estate Warehouses operating in our local market. Being 1 of 40 (or more) agents means you might not be getting the one on one time with broker/owners that you require to make your career as successful as it could be.

NormanLane Real Estate is looking to grow our team of Realtors to serve the St. John’s and surrounding areas. We wish to have a team that never exceeds 10-12 agents, which will allow us to provide the support that you need to knock it out of the park. While our business model is setup to increase the value proposition to your clients, it's also been designed to help keep your operating expenses lean.

Our ideal candidates are currently working as Realtors in our local market with several years experience and complete at least 12-15 transactions per year, but would like to at least double that number.

We have worked tirelessly to create systems and invest in technology that allows us (and you) to work smarter, not harder. The challenge that has faced Realtors since the beginning is when you're out dealing with day to day operations and jumping the hurdles along the way, it doesn't leave you much time to keep up with the most important activity that is paramount to your success: business development. This is why many agents have a couple of great months, only to be followed by a couple of not so great months, as your pipeline has dried up and you have to start the cycle over again. This is where the NormanLane Real Estate system is different.

Starting with:

Lead Generation and Referral Systems: Our lead generation systems creates hundreds of real estate leads every single month (so many in fact that there aren't enough hours in the day to contact them all). Our in house referral system can provide quality leads to agents who are looking for more business, but just can't seem to find it on their own. We are about to increase our exposure to the market and increase the number of leads in our pipeline, but we need experienced agents to handle the inquiries that are coming in every day.

High Value Model: our systems allow us to provide you with the support and services you expect and our agents do not pay any corporate royalties or national branding fees. Our splits are extremely competitive and we are also able to creatively package our financing capabilities allowing you to offer a competitive edge to your clients thus allowing you to stand out from the crowd. If you have a creative mind, and would like to do some "out of the box" advertising, we can work together to develop a specific program that speaks to your target market and demographic specifically.

Strategic Marketing presence: We currently have one of the largest and most followed Real Estate pages on social media in the local market. As well as our constantly updated developed webpage consistently ranks high with all searches engines. All of our agents have access to a full suite of NormanLane branded marketing materials, websites, email addresses, that rival the national brands in visual appeal with one exception, no royalty fees payable!

Highly Visible Location

We just moved into our freshly renovated office space conveniently located at 323 Freshwater Road, we have several options with a spacious bullpen for mobile agents who spend most of their days on the move, and a dedicated closing office for all. We also have a limited number of private offices for those with higher volumes and wish to operate from their own space. A new kitchen, plenty of storage, and the possibility to expand within our current space to accommodate all future growth of our team.
